Whois Bookmarklet

Bookmark (Click, hold down the mouse button and drag to Bookmarks/links toolbar) one of these links and use it whenever you want to get the whois info of a site you are browsing.

  • Whois (Opens in the same window).
  • Whois (Opens in a new window).

whois.sc already has a bookmarklet: see http://whois.sc/whois.sc

You can not use that bookmarklet with any other online whois tools. But the one I posted here can be used with others. Just edit the URL in the javascript.

If you look at that SitePoint thread, You can see that they used another service.
